Programs & Services

Living at Saint Mary HomeFounded in 1880 by the Sisters of Mercy, Saint Mary Home enjoys a long and rich history among American Catholic health care facilities. Opened as a home for the sick, the under-served poor and the elderly, Saint Mary Home has evolved into a full aging service network, providing today’s most advanced care paths while ensuring the compassionate care that has long been our trademark.

Saint Mary Home offers a full continuum of services designed to meet a variety of needs. Whether a resident or client requires intensive rehabilitation, hospice services, long-term care, or specialized treatment for dementia, our inpatient services are tailored to his or her needs.

For individuals who wish to stay in their own homes, we offer outpatient services such as an Adult Day Center program with door-to-door transportation and outpatient rehabilitation services. And for independent living with staff close by, the Frances Warde Towers Apartments at Saint Mary Home provide a perfect solution.

When a resident’s or client’s needs change, we can provide a smooth and easy transition through the specific areas within The Mercy Community that will best support her or him.  At Saint Mary Home, we are ready, willing, and able to help families navigate the sometimes difficult pathways of senior health care. And our approach isn’t “one size fits all.”  Come talk with our Admissions team members today;  We think you and your loved one will feel the “home” in Saint Mary Home.
