Author and Connecticut Native Tom Santopietro Coming to The McAuley January 12 to tell The Sound of Music Story

On Thursday, January 12 at 2:00 p.m. in The McAuley Auditorium, author and Broadway show manager Tom Santopietro will come to The McAuley to discuss his book, The Sound of Music Story, which chronicles the making of the 1965 classic film.   To reserve a seat, residents of The McAuley should call 860.570.8301; members of the public who wish to hear Mr. Santopietro’s presentation, attend a book signing reception, and then take a tour of The McAuley should call 860.920.6319.  A limited number of copies of The Sound of Music Story are available for sale now at The Corner Shop at The McAuley.  In case of inclement weather, the snow date for this event is Wednesday, January 25.
